As a full time Associate Broker I am ready year round to work for you and your Real Estate needs. I have learned much about real estate over the years. I can help you as a buyer or seller avoiding issue that might have come up without this knowledge. I will be there with you through the complete process beginning to the end, and beyond for years to come. I will stick with you, if you will stick with me. I was raised in Arcade, and then lived in Colorado for 20 years. I’ve also lived in Anchorage Alaska, Seattle Washington, and Milwaukee Wisconsin, too. I returned to WNY to be close to family and my Childhood Sweetheart, the same one I played with in the back yards of Arcade-so many years ago. Now we are working on our Dream home, on 14 Acres in the country with a pond and a creek. We raise free range chickens for fresh eggs. I sell them too--if you’re in the Arcade area and want fresh eggs-give me a call!       

I volunteer on Ski Patrol at Holimont in Ellicottville, enjoy gardening, photography, hiking, cooking, and good friends.
